Global Corporate Finance Society Announces New Board Of Directors

 

VANCOUVER, CANADA, April 8, 2019Global Corporate Finance Society (“GCFS”), a professional association and member-based network for finance professionals around the world, is pleased to announce 12 new members have been appointed to the Board of Directors following GCFS’s election meeting. This extremely experienced group of industry veterans will work together to break down the barriers that prevent so many from entering the world of finance.

 

GCFS Board Responsibilities

The GCFS Board of Directors is responsible for providing the entire society with strategic guidance and creating a global community for holders of the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® designation. In addition, the board will provide mentorship on the FMVA® curriculum and ensure the program provides the most up-to-date and practical training possible.

The Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® certification is CFI’s globally recognized financial modeling certification. The FMVA® program has been designed to teach practical applications of accounting, finance, Excel, financial modeling, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy.
